My Story

My love for fitness began at an early age. During school, I realised that I was more passionate about playing competitive sport than being stuck behind a desk. Discovering that this was where my strengths lie, a career within the fitness industry was an easy transition to make.

Being within a competitive environment and playing for East Hampshire County Netball, taught me a number of different skills, one of the greatest being, perseverance in the face of failure. Losing a point and even a match is part and parcel of sport and in order to remain motivated, dedicated and focused, you have to learn to turn a setback into an opportunity. Establishing a positive mind set, belief and confidence immediately follows and for me that is one of the most powerful attributes of success.

I belief with my passion, experience and commitment I can help anyone and at any stage of their training, achieve their desired results. Being around a successful culture like WHS and around the best people within the industry, results are inevitable!
