My Story

I first came to WHS because I wanted to get lean. Very soon into my training Tom saw that I had potential as a strength athlete and recommended I alter my training. I have not looked back since!

Training as a strength athlete has improved my confidence not just in training, but day to day. I have literally found what I want to do with my life, which is huge. I was enjoying training so much I have embarked on a career as a fitness professional. It’s been a lot of work and I am always striving to improve and learn more, but I have loved every minute of it.

It took me a while but I soon obtained the necessary qualifications and showed Tom my passion for helping others to achieve exactly what I have. I want to help others build their confidence through strength training.

As a trainer and PICP Strength Coach myself, WHS is the first place I look to if I need advice or to improve my knowledge. Tom is a very knowledgeable coach, I have learnt alot of my current techniques and training philosophies from his expertise. If you’re on the South Coast get yourself to WHS.
