Our boot camps are designed to be educational and give you the tools to help you achieve results in the long term as well as the short. To get results you need to push the boundaries of what you feel you are capable of and these are designed to do just that.
This is a 4 day (Thursday to Sunday) intensive, bespoke boot camp
Workout Nutrition: Pre, during & post workout nutrition supplements are provided to further improve your performance and results.
Training: You will train 3 x a day, at 8.30am, 12.30pm & 4.30pm
Accommodation: Town or Country provide us with serviced apartments & houses, combining the convenience of a hotel with the independence and privacy of your own home. 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments or 3, 4, or 5 bedroom houses are available.
How many participants: 10 maximum with 2 coaches to ensure a high quality of instruction
Who’s this for?
Serious athletes, strength coaches and personal trainers will all benefit from these camps. You will learn about the different training protocols you will use and how to apply them when you finish the week. What supplements are best for your needs and how to plan your nutrition.
