One Day Cures

Body Composition Day Cures  (8.30am-5.30pm)

The method was originally formatted by Charles Poliquin & then we further applied it to other body parts & goals. The volume of work completed over the day is enough to shock the body into growth. What this means is more muscle growth & further fat loss.

It’s a big effort but is well worth the results! We guarantee a top quality atmosphere with like minded individuals who want to work hard. Along with professional coaching supplements are included & coaches are available throughout the day if you have questions

Strength Day Cures (7am-1.30pm)

The method is credited to Wolfgang Unsoeld. He originally designed it to get all of his distance clients together to enable him to go over technique and overload them before they started a strength protocol. We have simply added in more options
