12 Week Transformation
This is a very serious, all inclusive, no bullsh*t option!
You’ll need to make time to:
- Train 4-5 times a week
- Consult once a week
- Utilise Recovery Methods (Infrared Sauna, Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber) once a week
Which is made easier as we will have your food & supplements prepped for you so you can concentrate on your normal lifestyle alongside this!
Some people aren’t ready for this. We’ll tell you if you’re not. At which point you can utilise our Personal Training options to build a base before attacking it!
